Return Policy.

At Numbd, we are committed to delivering high-quality, made-to-order pharmaceutical products. Due to the nature of our products and the strict regulations surrounding pharmaceuticals and hygiene standards, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

However, if you receive a product that is clearly faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. In such cases, we will gladly accept a return and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@numbd.com.au. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping Costs and Customs Issues

We cannot issue refunds for shipping costs incurred due to customs issues. While we aim for smooth delivery, customs procedures can sometimes cause delays or additional fees beyond our control.
